02 — What this is

Nothing off the shelf. Every programme is built around your team’s live commercial problems.

Scoping starts with a conversation about the decisions your team keeps getting stuck on. Cases, exercises, vocabulary and tools are then rewritten for your industry, constraints and the people in the room.

Delivery is in person, because the work is discussion, disagreement and decision-making. Groups work through real problems together, and leave with action they own.

03 — The diagnosis

The visible problem

“Sales are down. Push the team harder.”

  • Symptoms treated as causes
  • First idea becomes the plan
  • Decisions revisited every month

The real problem

“We have never agreed what we are actually solving for.”

  • Problem defined before solutions
  • Assumptions surfaced and tested
  • One decision, owned and executed

04 — The shift

What changes in the team

  1. 01Reacting to symptomsDefining the real problem
  2. 02Opinion-led debateEvidence and tested assumptions
  3. 03One safe ideaA wider field of stronger options
  4. 04Decisions that driftAccountable action with owners

05 — The programme

BREAKTHROUGH THINKING

Critical thinking, creative problem-solving and limitless brainstorming.

One programme, five disciplined moves. Powered by the PULSE∞ Framework — a sequence that takes a team from a messy situation to an owned decision outside the room.

06 — The framework

The PULSE∞ journey

The line starts fragmented — uncertain, contested, full of noise. Step by step it resolves, until it points at one decision and the action that follows it.

  1. P

    Step 01

    Pinpoint the real problem

Separate the noise from the problem worth solving.

  2. U

    Step 02

    Uncover what lies beneath

Surface causes, assumptions and the evidence that is missing.

  3. L

    Step 03 — Diverge

    Liberate limitless possibilities

Widen the field before narrowing it. Volume, then quality.

  4. S

    Step 04 — Converge

    Select the strongest solution

Decide with criteria, trade-offs and risk on the table.

  5. E

    Step 05 — Act

    Execute with energy

Owners, first moves and dates before the room empties.

07 — Formats

Face-to-face · 8–40 participants · anywhere in Malaysia

1

One day

Sharpen the thinking

Core PULSE∞ sequence applied to one live problem. Best for intact teams needing a shared language fast.

2

Two days · most requested

Practise under pressure

Deeper diagnosis, structured brainstorming, decision tools and facilitated challenge across multiple cases.

3

Three days

Solve and commit

Teams carry a real business problem end-to-end and leave with a decision, an owner and an execution plan.

08 — In the room

Problem-based learning, not lecture-heavy theory.

  • Realistic commercial cases, rewritten for your industry
  • Live team challenges with facilitated disagreement
  • Decision tools applied to the team’s own numbers
  • Action planning with named owners before close
